Arianne Leonor Bulanos is an emerging curator, writer, and exhibitions practitioner based in the Mt Druitt / Blacktown area, on unceded Dharug land.
She has gained experience across curatorial practice, exhibition administration, and installation through her work at Liverpool Powerhouse as a Curatorial Assistant, Exhibitions Administrator supporting exhibition research, artist liaison, artwork handling, installation, interpretive writing, and public programming across contemporary art and community-focused exhibitions.
In addition to this, Arianne maintains an independent curatorial practice focused on collaborative exhibition-making and community engagement. Her broader curatorial interests centre on diasporic identity through her Filipino heritage and “third culture” of Tokyo, Japan, local storytelling, nostalgia, and the emotional traces carried through objects, materials, and exhibition spaces.
